The Parliamentary Committee on Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, chaired by Shri Saptagiri Sankar Ulaka, MP , visited the Custom Hiring Centre, watershed pond, FPO office, Main Road Maniksara, Gram Panchayat Maniksara and Janpad Panchayat Bijadandi in Mandla District, Madhya Pradesh, on 19.11.2025. The visit was undertaken to review the on-ground implementation of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj schemes of the Central Government as part of the Committee’s Study Visit.

The Parliamentary Committee on Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, under the Chairpersonship of Shri Saptagiri Ulaka, MP , visited Indore on 18.11.2025 and held discussions with representatives of the State Government of Madhya Pradesh, SLBC – Central Bank of India, and the Lead Bank in Indore – Bank of India.

The Committee reviewed the implementation of ongoing Rural Development and Panchayati Raj schemes of the Central Government in Madhya Pradesh.

The Standing Committee on Housing and Urban Affairs under the Chairmanship of Shri @MaguntaOfficial ,MP had an informal discussion with the representatives of the State Government of Kerela, MoHUA, DFS, SBI, NBCC, HUDCO, NHB and CPWD at Kochi on 17.11.2025 on the implementation of various schemes of the Ministry in the state and other subjects. The Committee also visited Kochi Water Metro.

The Committee reviewed ongoing implementation of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj schemes of the Central Government and also visited the stalls of SHGs at the exhibition organised at the meeting venue, during their Study Visit.

The Committee reviewed ongoing Rural Development and Panchayati Raj works and interacted with beneficiaries as well as officials of the UT Administration to assess on-ground progress and implementation.
